Shipping & Delivery

What type of packaging do you use?

Posters and art prints are rolled with thick paper to protect against dust before being packaged in corrugated triangular shipping containers. Framed items are covered securely and placed in adjustable corrugated inserts that lock the frame in position.

Will my order ship in one big box or in multiple pieces?

Your order is shipped as each piece is completed, so it is possible that each item will ship separately.  If you have multiple items on the order, they may ship in different boxes on different days.

When will my art arrive?

You can estimate your art's arrival by adding the processing and transit times. Local Customers: You can expect your posters and prints within 2 business days.
International Customers: You can expect your prints within 5-7 business days. Important Note: This shipping time is an estimation and not a guarantee

How do I track my order?

As soon as your art ships, we'll send you a confirmation email which will include a tracking number.

What company do you ship through?

We ship using Kronos Express.

International customers please note:  We only ship with packages that are certified and you can track them.

How much will shipping cost?

For shipments within Cyprus there is NO charge for shipping. For international shipping the charge is flat to 10.00 euro.

Is my package insured?

YES, your package is insured.

 

Returns

What is your return policy?

In case you receive a damaged or defective product, you may follow the instructions below in order to be able to proceed with a replacement, or a refund.

Here's how:

  1. Take a digital photo of the damaged item and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).
  1. Attach your digital photos to an email and send them to [email protected]. Please be sure to include your order number, the name on the order, item name and a brief description of the damage. 3
  1. You will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming that your photo return is being processed.

 

Regular Returns:

You may return your damaged product for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) by following the steps below:

  1. Please send us an e-mail with clear photos showing the damage
  2. You may also return it to the following address:

We will typically issue your refund within 48-72 hours of receiving the package.

 

Ordering

How do I place an order?

Add the product(s) you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button located next to the product image. When you're ready to complete your order, click "Checkout" from within your cart and follow the instructions.

What payment options do you accept?

Currently, we only accept payments through PayPal. For Cyprus customers, the Cash on Delivery option is also available.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours after the order has been placed, either by emailing us at [email protected], or by calling us at +357 99 456436. It is important to have your order number available. We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already shipped.
We are unable to add additional items to existing orders or substitute individual items. You will need to cancel your existing order and place a new one.

Does the image on your site accurately represent what I will be sent?

We strive for a high degree of image accuracy. However, in some cases, the visual representation may be approximate, or prints may vary. Please note that due to differences in monitors, the colours you see on your computer may be slightly different on the print you receive. We print colours true to the artist’s specifications and cannot alter the original artwork.

How accurate are the item dimensions listed on your web pages?

Onlycolours. Com verifies the dimensions of all images on our site, but due to industry standards sizes can vary slightly up to 1- 1.5 cm.

What is your typical turnaround time?

Typically canvases take 3 to 5 business days to print before allowing additional time for shipping.  This shipping time is an estimation and not a guarantee.

I need my order by a certain date, can I expedite an order?

If you need the order by a certain date, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.  If you have an extremely tight turnaround time, please e-mail us at [email protected], or call us during business hours at 99456436.  We are usually able to accommodate special requests. Expedited orders do incur an extra charge, which will be quoted by a Customer Service representative. 

 

International Orders

Do you ship internationally?

YES, we ship to most international destinations. Please note that, currently, we only ship unframed art internationally.

What about duties and taxes?

You may be required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package, depending on your local customs office. Onlycolours.com  has no control over this, and has no way of determining the total cost of duties and taxes. We encourage you to contact your local postal service or customs bureau for more specific information.

 

Product

How is the canvas stretched?

We use a blend of canvas that is stretched over 1.5 wooden stretcher bars. We print on natural textile canvas using Latex inks.

Can I hang my art product outside?

Our products are designed to be displayed indoors only and should not be exposed to water or direct sunlight.

Will the colors shown on my monitor be exactly how the image prints?

The colors shown on your monitor may be close to what is printed, but we cannot guarantee a perfect match.  If you have any questions about an image or special considerations, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team.

Can I customize a stock image by adding text or changing the image?

Unfortunately we cannot alter our stock images by adding text or making major changes to the image.  Our images are provided by artists and photographers that have submitted their art to be printed as is.

Are your prints considered Giclee quality and what is Giclee print?

Yes, they are Giclee quality. Our posters and canvases are digital prints produced on inkjet printers.

Giclee (French for ‘to spray’) is a printing process where millions of inks droplets are sprayed onto the paper’s surface creating natural colour transitions.

Can I order a custom size?

We can typically accommodate custom sizes that are proportional to the image. Please contact our Customer Service Team to request a custom quoteSizes are based on whole centimeters, as we are not able to accommodate fractions of centimeters.

Do you offer unstretched/rolled canvases?

I’m not quite sure which product I should order, can you describe each product?

Posters are printed on high quality, acid free Photorealistic paper with the latest technology of Latex inks, which gives a museum quality result. Prints are photo-realistic ideal for long-lasting displays. It is an ideal solution for a wide range of indoor graphic display applications.

Canvases are printed with the latest technology of Latex inks. Canvas provide museum quality prints. Benefits of canvas are:

  1. More consistent base fabric reduces scrap
  2. Brighter white surface, larger color gamut
  3. More vivid, even brighter images
  4. Smooth satin finish

What is the largest size you can print?

Our largest canvas size is 117cm x 50 meters, YES, 50 meters!!

Can I buy just the digital image?

Only photos can be sold in digital form.

Do you have all of the images in stock?

We print your order when we receive it.  This ensures you receive the highest quality product available.

How do I take care of my canvas?  Do I need to clean it?

Typically your canvas will just need a light dusting every now and then.  If you find that you need to spot clean the canvas, use a damp cloth that has only water on it.  Chemicals can react with the ink and ruin the canvas.

Do you have a store in my city that I can visit, or a catalogue that you can send me?
